For the avoidance of doubt any reference to “us” “we” or “our” in these Terms refers to Sinextra Limited and any reference to “you” or “your” refers to the customer as a purchaser of the products purchased from Secret Sinners. The Terms ‘’ Secret Sinners ‘’ refers to Sinextra Limited and is the retail trading name for the company. It is a condition of a user accessing and reading the Secret Sinners website (“the Website(s)”) that Secret Sinners disclaims all warranties in respect of the same whether express or implied in relation to the material published on the Website. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Activated Gift Cards can be redeemed as full or part payment of any goods at Secret Sinners Online Retail Store Operated by Sinextra Limited. No change will be given, if you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your invoice. Gift Cards may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the balance of the Gift Card upon full payment of the difference. If any product purchased with a gift card is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will be credited back on to the gift card. This gift card is not a cheque guarantee or credit. Please treat gift cards as cash for our online store www.SecretSinners.co.uk. The gift card is non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Sinextra Limited cannot be held liable for lost or stolen cards or any credit amounts held on such cards. Damaged, altered, or cancelled cards will not be accepted. Sinextra Limited cannot accept responsibility for unauthorised use of gift cards. Gift cards are not for resale. Sinextra Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the card if, at it’s discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.

Secret Sinners Credits

When transacting with Secret Sinners Credits, you are transacting with the operators of the secret sinner’s site according to the following provisions. Secret Sinners website credits are only non-transferable and can only be spent within the bounds of the Secret Sinners Site on those items advertised for a designated credit value. The value of any unspent Secret Sinners Website Credits is held by the Secret Sinners site(s) and If you have an active account with a balance remaining of purchased credits, we cannot issue Users a refund if you wish to close your account. Your credits will be lost if you choose to de-activate your account. If, when purchasing Secret Sinners Website Credits, you use any other details than your own, you will be expected to be able to provide proof of address and/or cardholder consent and/or bill payer consent for each of those purchases. Failure to do so may lead to the termination of your account and membership, as well as potential forfeiture of credits. Secret Sinners Credits purchased by credit or debit card that are subsequently charged-back will be disputed to the fullest extent of the law and may involve the disclosure of private information to law enforcement agencies, your bank and/or card issuer as part of that dispute. Customers that issue charge-backs will be liable for the fees levied against the site at the banks prevailing rate. Secret Sinners is not liable for any credits that have been purchased on the website and have then later been frequently used. You must protect your account security inclusive of your user name and password. Once your credits have been used they are not reversible or refundable unless the products have been sent back to us in accordance with our terms and conditions. Sinextra Limited reserves the right to remove any credits it deems to be obtained fraudulently Sinextra Limited reserves the right to put a hold on credits and to request further information from its users if it believes any credits are being used fraudulently.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

Any matter that arises out of your use of this Website (including any contract entered between you and us through the Website) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts shall be concluded in English. Sinextra Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by a force majeure event. A force majeure event which means any act or event beyond our reasonable control such as, but not limited to, strikes or industrial action by third parties (but not those caused by Sinextra Limited’s own employees), civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attacks, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or another natural disaster (“Event”). If an Event takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract: (a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and (b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event. Where the Event affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event is over. You may cancel a contract affected by an Event. To cancel please contact our customer services team. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.

Additional Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if Sinextra Limited agrees in writing. These Terms are agreed between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its Terms. Each of the clauses within these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of the clauses are unlawful or unenforceable, then the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. The failure or delay of Sinextra Limited to exercise any right, power or remedy provided under these Terms or otherwise available in respect hereof at law or in equity shall not constitute a waiver by Sinextra Limited of its right to exercise any such or other rights, power or remedy or to demand such compliance or you of your obligations under these Terms. In the event we do waive a default we will do so in writing on a case by case basis.
