Activated Gift Cards can be redeemed as full or part payment of any goods at Secret Sinners Online Retail Store Operated by Sinextra Limited. No change will be given, if you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your invoice.

Gift Cards may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the balance of the Gift Card upon full payment of the difference.

If any product purchased with a gift card is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will be credited back on to the gift card.

This gift card is not a cheque guarantee or credit. Please treat gift cards as cash for our online store www.SecretSinners.co.uk. The gift card is non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Sinextra Limited cannot be held liable for lost or stolen cards or any credit amounts held on such cards. Damaged, altered, or cancelled cards will not be accepted.

Secret Sinners Credits

When transacting with Secret Sinners Credits, you are transacting with the operators of the secret sinner’s site according to the following provisions.

Secret Sinners website credits are only non-transferable and can only be spent within the bounds of the Secret Sinners Site on those items advertised for a designated credit value.

The value of any unspent Secret Sinners Website Credits is held by the Secret Sinners site(s) and If you have an active account with a balance remaining of purchased credits, we cannot issue Users a refund if you wish to close your account. Your credits will be lost if you choose to de-activate your account.

Failure to do so may lead to the termination of your account and membership, as well as potential forfeiture of credits.

Force Majeure

If an Event takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:

(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

(b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event. Where the Event affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event is over.

You may cancel a contract affected by an Event. To cancel please contact our customer services team. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.

Additional Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.
